Billing
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay in selected regions.
If you encounter issues, please try another payment method. For persistent problems, contact your payment provider directly.
Why do I see a $1 charge on my bank statement?
When you place an order, we may send a $0 or $1 authorization request to your bank to verify your card. This is not an actual charge and will be reversed automatically, usually within a few minutes to a few weeks, depending on your bank.
How do I obtain an invoice or receipt?
Log in to your account, navigate to the Order History section, and select the order for which you need an invoice. A downloadable PDF invoice will be available.
Digital Products
How do I download my LUTs or digital products?
After completing your purchase, log in to your Lutsify.com account and visit the Downloads section to access your purchased files.
Can I re-download my purchases?
Yes, you can re-download your products at any time from your account’s Downloads section.
How many devices can I use my LUTs on?
You can use purchased LUTs on multiple devices as long as they are for your personal use. Sharing or redistributing LUTs is not permitted.
License and Usage
What are the usage rights for purchased LUTs?
You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the LUTs for personal or commercial projects. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of LUTs is strictly prohibited.
Can I use purchased LUTs for commercial purposes?
Yes, you may use LUTs for commercial projects, including video production, photography, and client work.
Updates
How do I check for updates to my purchased products?
When updates are available for purchased LUTs, they will be listed in your Downloads section. You will also receive a notification via email.
Returns and Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We aim to provide complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please email returns@lutsify.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.
